If the distance between you and the target is greater than X meters when hit, temporarily increase Physical Damage and Magic Damage. Upon reaching a certain level, increase ranged damage's effective range.
Effective Range: Different ranged attacks have different Effective Ranges. Beyond the Effective Range, both DMG and Impact will diminish.

Can be socketed into an equipment slot of the matching type. The affix gem's tier cannot exceed the slot's tier.
